Osteopathy and Back Pain
Many people approach an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with back pain, but preventive treatment is also possible.
Today’s increasingly sedentary lifestyle means that the average Canadian spends 10 hours per day sitting. This can lead to poor posture and musculoskeletal problems.
Treatment involves gentle and subtle manipulation, especially of the muscles and soft tissues. The doctor may stretch or massage the muscle.
An Osteopathic Manual Practitioner can help identify problems by pinpointing potential sources of referred pain in good time.

With Sue’s expertise, she draws in knowledge and experience to assist her clients with nutritional and dietary approaches that are difficult to acquire elsewhere. This gives her clients cutting edge resources to further assist their healing.
